We require an administrator to support both the Human Resources and Front of House functions of the business with general day to day administration tasks. This would be a great opportunity for someone with admin/customer experience looking to begin a career in HR - you will gain exposure and experience within a generalist HR and recruitment department.

Key Tasks - Roles & Responsibilities 

  • General administration support within HR
  • Managing CVS received
  • Candidate communication (face to face/telephone/email)
  • Arrangeing candidate interviews 
  • Assisting with the new starter process
  • Distrubuting/ordering staff workwear
  • Producing data reports/data input
  • Processing staff holidays requests
  • Setting up internal & external meetings
  • Filling documents
  • Daily reception support
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Signing in/out business visitors
  • Ensuring all security/health and safety procedures are followed 
  • Answering incoming calls, transferring calls and taking messages 
  • Booking rooms for internal/external meetings 
  • Setting up for meetings, ordering catering and providing hospitality
  • Booking pool cars in/out
  • Coordination of deliveries to stores and liaising with the logistics team 
  • Signing for deliveries
  • Holiday/Sickness Cover
  • General administration support throughout various business departments

Candidate Technical & Education Requirements

  • Minimum GCSE Grade C or above in Maths & English Language (or equivalent)
  • Experience using microsoft packages including excel 

Candidate Competencies

  • Experience in an administration or customer service role
  • Experience working within HR (desirable for not essential)  
  • Ability to use initiative to problem solve and think outside the box
